Our logistics partners will attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unavailability of recipient
  • Refusal to accept

The order may be returned to us. Re-shipping may require additional charges.

7. Packaging and Handling

All water-based treatment chemical products are securely packaged to prevent leakage or damage during transit.
Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

8. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or tampered package:

  • Do not accept the delivery if visibly compromised
  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the package and product

Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Government restrictions
  • Transport or logistics disruptions

However, we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
