Refund & Return Policy
1. Nature of Products
Due to the chemical nature of our water-based treatment products, all sales are considered final unless the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, improper handling, or incorrect usage.
2. Eligibility for Return or Refund
A return or refund request will only be accepted if:
- The product is damaged, leaking, or defective upon delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Product has been opened, used, or tampered with
- Delay in reporting beyond 24 hours of delivery
- Damage caused due to improper storage or handling after delivery
- Minor packaging wear that does not affect product quality
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide order details and clear photos of the issue
- Wait for approval before sending any product back
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
5. Inspection and Approval
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after verification. We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet eligibility criteria.
6. Refund Method
If approved, refunds will be issued:
- To the original payment method
- Within 5–10 business days after approval
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Replacement Policy
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement will be processed after verification of the issue.
8. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to:
- Damaged or defective product
- Incorrect product delivered
We will arrange return shipping or reimburse reasonable shipping costs. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Improper use of chemical products
- Results achieved after usage
- Indirect or consequential damages
Customers are advised to follow all usage and safety instructions.
